In fact, Norway is quite restricted with respect to package insurance maximums (they will only allow us to insure any single package for up to $650USD). If you go to http://www.usps.com and do a shipping cost calculation for a 50 lb package valued at the maximum $650, the cost of shipping via Express Mail is estimated at around $265USD. Priority Mail is slightly less expensive at around $195USD -- and those prices are just for one box. So you are easily going to be in the ballpark for between $400-500 USD in shipping costs alone.
