After this years SCC I thought it was about time I signed up for the infamous "VW Norge"

Anyway I am sure MOST of you know my little buggy but for those that don't here she is BUT she might be up for sale soon as I have been bitten by the Early Bays  :o

Your Manx is über cool, but you know what they say: Once you go early bay, you are on the right way... :)

If you do buy a bus, remember that as a member of Slackers Garage, you are expected to bring your bus to SCC 2010 :) (If you break The Hoffs knee cap you would be the only one in history to drive UK-SCC-UK 3 years in a row).

But seriously THANKYOU for the warm welcome guys - I was soooooo overwelmed with the spirit of SCC this year I can't wait to be back next year - and yes I will be driving an AIRCOOLED vw  ;) :)

I am also glad to hear I am now an "Official" Slacker  ;) when do I get my sticker ???

First of all, Welcome. No, I don't know your buggy, but hey, we like people who try to get to know us better.

Second: your Norwegian is improving, but you need to know:
Klesklype = the clip you have on  your clothesline to fasten the laundry with
Ostehøvel = the cheeserazor (also a low (urgh, watercooled) car that goes fast (faster than.....))

Anyway, we like brits, welcome, and bob's your uncle!

Again thanks for the warm welcome guys and YES my little manx was the March 2007 COVER CAR ;) and she's always getting mentioned in show write up's but I think it is time to let her go and find myself a Bay :)

As for selling the Manx.. You know you can't. As much as I like buses, "everyone" has one and you've got the coolest buggy in Europe.. You'll just have to keep it and save up for a bus  ;) As I told you I have always wanted to build a period correct Manx with a subtle amount of the right details but after you finished yours I decided there's no use as it would look just the same..

Hey Dude - Thaks for the complements on the manx BUT she has to go I'm affraid :'( Yes I have had my fun with her and she's taken me all over europe BUT its my only VW and its not the most "practical" for euro road trips/show/camping etc etc and I REALLY REALLY want a van  ;)

Plus I am a little tied of being known as "Oh Monkiboy - the guy with the manx" Its time to move on,

I have owned the chassis for 14years and it was my First beetle  :)
