East coast manx fiberglass bonnet inc hinge panel =  5.3kg
(NOS 67 bonnet =  9.6kg!)

Can you make widened front fenders (old style with sloping headlights)? I haven't found any yet, and next summer I'll start building a rat-racer that needs a bit of widening.

People tend to say that repro steel fenders are as light as fiberglass fenders.
Just removed the shitty rear repro fenders on our oval. Got them on the scale:
Painted repro rear fenders: 3,75 kg each
Fiberglass fenders from Lee: 2 kg each

Got the old VW hood on the scale too: 12 kg

Fiberglass hood (the strongest and heaviest version): 6,5 kg

And the fiberglass parts fits just perfect.
I would really recommend these parts
