4-valve DOHC flat four engine

Hi together,

might be that nobody knows me in Norway, but wanted to give a info on my current project.

Have engineered and am currently doing a 4-valve DOHC flat four for Beetles and classic 4-cylinder-Porsche (356, 912, 914), or other similiar cars. Do the project together with Robert Bernauer from RMB (www.rbernauer.de)

Heads, camboxes and other parts are completely new construted. Am working with 3D-CAD and also have my own milling centre.

2nd batch of heads were casted some weeks ago and were milled 2 weeks ago. I hope to be able to attach an image. The engine will be with a 5 bearing crankshaft and will by this easily revv more than 8.000 and will stand this.
Engines will be between 2.000 and 2.500 cc. We expect 100 PS per 1.000 cc for the start.
The engine will look a little like a classic engine (f.e. Porsche Carrera Fuhrmann engine). The cams will be beltdriven.

Try uploading the images to photobucket.com, and then copy the "img" link into the tekstfield of your post

The pics must be smaller than 256kB and you use the "ekstra valg"-button/text on the left when you scroll down after you finished your textwriting. Then you can browse your files and add.
